Blanca Salazar, Journalist
Her name is Blanca, an interesting person with big dreams. Blanca is currently in 12th grade, a senior at Alisal High School. She is shy when you talk to her for the first time, but she can be funny and outgoing after a while. Blanca has played different sports throughout her freshman, sophomore, and junior year. She joined the basketball team for two years but then she became a cheerleader and liked it more. She enjoys listening to R&B, Hip Hop, Trap, etc. The music she listens to depends on her mood but her friend’s music is enjoyable for her too because she finds new songs and is open to new ideas. Blanca joined the yearbook class because her counselor recommended that it would look good on her resume and because she wants to learn how to be a better writer. She has bright future plans, she wants to leave Salinas and go to university somewhere else. One of her dreams is to travel to the United Kingdom whether to study or live.
