In the first half, senior Adrian Morado scored what would prove to be the winning goal against Berkeley High School at Alisal High School. Captain Yoni Avelar crossed the ball to the penalty area allowing Morado to score. “I felt excited scoring my first goal of the season against a big school like Berkeley,” said Morado. “It felt like the beginning of a good season ahead of us, I took it in with pride and joy.”
